ABN Innovation JSC ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ABN Advanced Shipping Shopify application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you install and use the App.

• Shop domain and basic store information
• Product, collection, and order data — used solely to calculate shipping rates in real time
• Customer shipping address — processed per request and never stored
• App configuration data (shipping rules, virtual categories, settings) — stored to deliver the service

We do not collect personal customer data beyond what Shopify provides during a carrier service callback.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the shipping rate calculation service
• To store and apply your shipping rules and configurations
• To improve the App and fix bugs
• To communicate important updates about the App

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. App configuration data (shipping rules, settings) is stored in our database and tied to your Shopify shop domain. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Customer address data is processed in memory only and is never persisted.

5. Third-Party Services

The App is built on the Shopify platform and is subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. We do not integrate with any other third-party analytics or advertising services.

6. Data Retention

We retain your app configuration data for as long as the App is installed on your store. When you uninstall the App, your configuration data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
