1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ABN Advanced Shipping ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Description of Service

ABN Advanced Shipping is a Shopify application that provides advanced shipping rate calculation via Shopify's Carrier Service API. The App allows merchants to define custom shipping rules, conditions, virtual categories, and additional charges that are evaluated in real time at checkout.

3. Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Have an active Shopify store on a plan that includes third-party carrier-calculated shipping
• Agree to Shopify's Terms of Service
• Provide accurate account information

4. Use of the App

You may use the App solely for your own legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
• Interfere with the App's operation or other users' access to it

5. Availability and Uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The App depends on Shopify's infrastructure and carrier service API. Downtime caused by Shopify or other third parties is outside our control. We are not liable for checkout failures caused by service interruptions.

6. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for the App (if applicable) is managed through Shopify's billing system and will be clearly displayed before any charges are applied. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and content, is the property of ABN Innovation JSC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that shipping rates produced will be accurate in all cases. You are responsible for verifying your shipping configuration before going live.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABN Innovation JSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including lost revenue or customers due to incorrect shipping rates or service unavailability.

10. Termination

You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it from your Shopify store. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for any user who violates these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Đà Nẵng, Vietnam.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
